DOVER DIRT TRAILS RULES: - Everyone who enters must sign a waiver form.
No exceptions!
- Wear protective gear.
- Alcohol, drugs or any medication that influences the judgment or mechanics of
the rider are not permitted while on the trails. Any individual suspected of being under the influence
will be required to leave. This is for the safety of other riders.
- Ride cautiously and SLOW while IN THE PARKING LOT.
- All
riding must remain within the posted areas. DO NOT CREATE NEW TRAILS.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental permission and parents will take full responsibility of their child.
- No riders are permitted to ride on Mount Pleasant RD, unless your bike is legal
and have proper insurance and stickers.
- Dover Dirt Trails maintains
the right to refuse any trail privileges and has the right to ask you to leave the premises for any reason.
- Enter only at the designated entrance.
- No
rail buggies, horses, jeeps, 4x4s, trucks/cars are permitted on the trail.
CAMPERS: - All campers must keep a contained fire.
Fire extinguishers are available for emergency use only.
- Quiet
time is from 10:00 pm to 10:00 a.m.
- Quiet pets are allowed but must
be kept either caged or leashed while you are away from camp. We will not take responsibility for your
pet.
- Clean up after yourself and your pet. Trash
bins and toilets are available for waste.
- You may night ride, however,
must follow quiet time rules from 10:00 pm to 10:00 a.m.
- Check out time
is NOON 12:00 P.M., if you are paying to ride another day just park your vehicles down by the check-in stand.
NO
HUNTING/FISHING/TRAPPING. Enjoy the wildlife and do not harm or chase the animals.
